The HyperEdge is sort of a Smart Jack. The part number you listed is just a shelf. It is the box that will hold the smart jack cards. You will have one card for each T1. For example, 2 cards for a 2xT1 at 3.0 Mbps, 3 cards for a 3xT1 at 4.5 Mbps, etc.
