They did indeed make a whole movie about this, Repo Men with Jude Law and Forrest Whittaker. Terrible film.

Instead of complaining about how badly it turned out, I wonder if anyone in Dundee is reading about WHY high-density high-rises will always turn into crime-ridden slums. Try looking up Defensible_Space_Theory on Wikipedia and build them correctly next time or repeat history!
