After putting it off and then starting back and then stopping I finally decided that I'm ready to lose this weight.. I understand that it's not gonna be easy but it's something that I put into my heart and with GOD by my side I will achieve my goal.

STARTING Weight: 205 lbs
CURRENT Weight: 203.2 lbs (water gain)
WEIGHT LOST so far: 7 lbs

Sidenote: I work out 5 DAYS A WEEK...twice a day.
