Not sure of a video test that seems to concentrate on shooting the sun and sunset. Where is the real world panning and zooming and moving camera. Moving subjects still subjects. People, buildings. I'd like to see the best in real world situations.

Umm, when you turned on Image stabilization did you drop it to 720p@60fps. Or did you figure it would just magically maintain frame transitions at 1080p. Did you actually read the manual during your extensive research...?

I have a 1080p PC System and Cable Broadband 18Mbps. When I watch this video fullscreen I cannot see the difference between the 720p v 1080p on youtube. makes me think setting it to 720p 60fps with antishake on is the best allround way to use this neat little beastie.
