I have one also - a v6. It was 14K less and the insurance is almost $100/mth less. Someone will always have better/faster/more expensive car. So what. My buddy's a Realtor and spent 120K on a stupid Porche. He thinks he is cool but I just laugh at how much he spent.

I have owned 16 dodge turbos in my lifetime. The biggest issue is the H Gasket and the automatic trannies.

I ALWAYS change the HG when I buy dodge turbo. It is very easy and if the old gasket is holding, you do not need to check the head for warpage. I use the HG from Mopar Performa...

You put a builders lien on it. The title cannot transfer until the money is paid. I know as I bought a home that had unpaid renos. Money came out of the sale proceeds to pay the lien off. The former owner was sure mad.
