1) Catch 2 Raticates in Rt 225, 1 male and 1 female or catch 2 Swellows at Rt 213
2) Go to Pastoria City and go to the move tutor guy (house by the lake). Reteach both Raticates quick attack with 2 heartscales (can be found underground). With Swellow, make sure to level it up to 28 so it learns endeavor then reteach it quick attack.
3) Go to Solaceon Town and put both Raticates/Swellows in the day care till they make an egg
4) Hatch the egg and it should know quick attack, endeavor and some other moves.
5) Give them a focus sash (you can buy one at the battle tower or get it from a guy in a house near the pal park.
6) Use endeavor followed by quick attack, Enjoy ^_^
