i have nothing wrong against deathcore but from what ive heard from bands as, job for a cowboy(when they were deathcore) waking the cadaver, as blood runs black, bmth. all there breakdown sound about the same maybe its cus i dont listen to it but slam has so much more variety u can change the voc...

i totally agree my brother and i recently started a slam death band i topld him gutturals are good and all but prefer more traditional death vocals and we agreed on deep growls and high pitch screech or growls but im not sure if we should include gutturals
