Patrick Miller? I don´t found that name in the credits of this german track. Is he the producer, singer or what?

It's funny. I always thought Steve Clark was the singer but his name only appears a few seconds at the beginning of the video. Who´s Patrick Milller? LOL

Certainly not Deborah Kinley. COSTANZA is the name of the singer and the name of the track is Fantasy. It was released in 1984, maybe 1985.
