I'm a teen, and either way it's still a form of music that should be appreciated. There are plenty of rock and metal bands with lyrics and music as bad or worse than a lot of rap out there.

@leandrobbs13 Successful and better aren't synonymous. That having been said I don't understand the hate for her version. It's not bad, but I prefer this and the original to Miranda's version.

Why does everyone have to harbor such hate for the Beibs, I mean I'm not a huge fan, voting down his music videos won't make him any less popular, it just makes you seem like an asshole. Grow up, listen to what you like and don't listen to what you don't like.

I think the best part about that is, he's wearing headphones, there's about a 99.99% chance he's listening to a track for the drums to play along to. That's usually what it is when drummers wear headphones onstage.

I always thought Slayer solos sounded kinda like Dial-up internet. Not saying Slayer isn't awesome or anything.

I've tried time and time again, I want to like it, but I just can't. I just can't stand that voice. I'm not after the heaviness, I'm after the feel of the music, and the feel I get from Digital Veil is just not what I enjoy.

I'd have to argue that Dream Theater is probably one of if not the most talented band in the world, while none of them are the best, they are all easily in the top ten most talented musicians of their instrument.

Your not liking the vocals and piano is purely based on taste.
