Hey, you could checkout the Mesa studio preamp. I've not heard it but it's supposed to be the IIC+ in a preamp. I've not been very impressed with what I've heard from the triaxis, the MarkIV is better imo. I like the IV because you can get real modern sounds from it too, close to a recto but tighter so I think it compliments the 900. I haven't heard a IIC+ though!! Keep rocking, nice Megadeth dude!
