Talk about not respecting one's elders. The sheriff saves these guys' rear ends before he gets killed. But, when the mama is killed, the young people walk away without ever asking what happened to the sheriff.

I never liked this updated version. First, it commits the cardinal sin of killing of openly killing a little kid. Then, it takes out most of the townspeople. Yet, at the end, everyone seems ready to go home and sleep it off.

The only thing missing from this movie is Godzilla.
