I feel Profiles are very important and will always read yours before I subscribe. I don't want subscribers just to make some kind of record. I only subscribe to keep in touch with your latest uploads.
I only accept friends requests and subs from people who have read my profile and left a message or have commented on my videos.
I am a retired entertainer/educator but I keep being offered opportunities to continue entertaining and educating. I enjoy doing both and love the thrill of working with a live audience so this is not a problem. I enjoy Youtube as it gives me a chance to extend my knowledge of music and entertainment and rekindle memories.
In my teens I was in a school choir and only learned harmonies. I think this is the reason that I have difficulties keeping a melody line and explains why my covers may not sound like the real thing.
I play and sing for comfort so my instrumental style may appear unusual. I am the only bass-player I know who uses a capot. It is only since watching youtube that I realise what all those other frets are for!
On this Channel, I like playing music from my era, telling stories and dressing up - this is not the same as cross-dressing! I would love to collaborate with other tubers.
I play guitar, bass (see above) harmonica, bouzouki, junk banjo and a bit of ukulele.
It is not the policy of this channel to be unkindly critical so if you feel unhappy about my comments, it is only my rather obscure sense of humour. Please ask for an explanation though this could spoil the joke!

I appreciate the reply. Having reading it, i can only think that i haven't done a good job in putting the exact words about my expression towards your work. You mentioned :"only to give you thrill!" . Not entirely correct. Oh there was 'thrill' alright LOL ... but it only gave me expression towards your work that aroused my curiosity. I believed that there was something more to see that i haven't quite figured out yet. Exactly the reason why i needed to sub you. I'm not an art scholar such as yourself ... But i always try to avoid "jumping to conclusion" on an art-piece based only by how i felt on that given time. My ears would go off if i listen to native Indonesian musical dance such as 'tari legong', 'tari kecak' (bali ) . I'd rather listen to Justin Bieber LOL .. I hope this gives a clearer understanding about my past comment. And please copy-paste this in your comment box if you will. As much as i love art, hope to see more of your work
