This song was written by my high school English teacher, Joe Shapiro, chairman of the English Department at Lafayette High School, Brooklyn, NY. Just thought fans would like to know. Mr. Shapiro also wrote the Perry Como hit,"Round and Round" and "The Treasure of Love."

I remember hanging out evenings on 23rd Avenue in Brooklyn, listening to this on cheap plastic radios with my friends--all of us new high school students!
