You actually can warp sampled audio and set it to MIDI. When you warp and pitch it to the values that you want, you right click on the audio and click "consolidate" which will flatten the audio with whatever you did to it. Then you can select "slice to MIDI track" which will give you a few option...
@ShorelineMBX That's your problem. This music isn't up for your "evaluation." Why not just listen to the music you like and leave the rest alone? Why does everything have to be so complicated and judgmental. Just listen and enjoy.
