I believe it was driver error, but then again, the officer lit up and crossed without really checking oncoming lanes. So he sort-of caused it in my opinion. But then again, the driver had time to stop. So who knows. Haha

Word of advice.... Thats a full size Cummins Dodge, not a toyota camry. ITS HEAVY! Second of all, when you pull someone out, save yourself about $800 bucks and pull SLOW instead of ripping the damn bumper off. I own a ranger that that made me sick.
