Having a good time with friends, sharing quality talk, food and drink. Avoiding conventionally produced, nutrient devoid, genetically altered "food", pharmaceuticals or toxic products. Consuming nutritious natural clean food and medicinal flora. Organic farming, supporting and encouraging food security, local farmers/producers, sustainable living. Foraging for edible and medicinal plants in the wild. Natural building methods of straw, cob, earth block, and adobe homes. Sharing values of holistic health and healing, awareness of environmental and political issues. Learning how to deal with the reality of our environmental and economic degradation with the help of other like minded individuals and prosper.

In my spare time I like cruising on my skate or bike, playing soccer, video games, hiking, camping, archery, astronomy, exploring, running through the forest, roaming about in search of pleasure and amusement, befriending cats, acting silly, joking about ludicrous things. Learning of ancient civilizations and mysteries of the past. Mythology. Tales of adventure, unexplored lands, heroes and villains, might and magic, love and longing, the bizarre, the extraordinary, and the supernatural. I'm usually hanging out at home, indulging in music, movies, games, artwork, books/graphic novels, cooking, good food and napping.

Enjoying my existence in this lifetime is important to me and maintaining a healthy body enhances my abilities, experiences, mind and spirit which is essential for it to be so. I take care of myself through the substances I consume and a physically active lifestyle while trying to maintain a positive frame of mind. I try to minimize my negative impact on the world and all beings by consuming less, conserving water and energy, recycling, knowing where my money is going, not supporting unsavory corporations, supporting local producers and self sustainability. Appreciating nature and all it's bountiful gifts which provide for us all we need and inspire human creativity. Expanding awareness bringing with it greater wisdom thus greater understanding of the nature of the cosmos, consciousness, human potential and our ultimate destiny.
