I dont think One and done hurts anybody. The NBA allows for a lot more practice, training, individual work. A lot more specialized resources.

The only reason one and doners fail is if they left when they werent mature or prepared to put in the work.

crazy that a small dog stands more chance vs. a bull than a grown man. Dog was so agile and light, having its own weight tossed around didnt injure it badly. And the bull couldnt really gore it. Dog is still lucky it didnt get stomped.

Dirk went to the basket his first 4 or 5 years. 82 games is a long grind. Good players find a way to prolong their careers and manage seasons. I think thats why you dont see Dirk driving in to traffic on a consistant basis after he became a vet.
