I don't really get tipping. I'm British and we don't tip like Americans, I don't employ the waiters so I don't pay them, Thats the job of their employer surely. But then in the UK tips cannot be used to pay staffs wages so the minimum you can earn is £6 an hour not $2-3 no wonder they need tips. ...

The Buzzard and the Red tailed Hawk are from the same genus. There are called Hawks in north america and Buzzards in Europe. That is a common Buzzard found throughout the UK and western Europe, Red tailed Hawks live in North America and are very very similar to the European common Buzzard.
