Completely agree with you. She took away not just many beats per minute but also the sexyness of the song. 10000 Maniacs did a great cover, sounds sexier (since it is a woman the singer) but Norah made the song a complete lullaby.

@2010aurnob Yes no doubt about it. Almost all the bands were real artists, they do all their stuff, write, music, arrangements, playing live and above all, superb music.

Hmm. Not quite agree.

I think they have enjoyed considerable recognitiion, not all that our fans would wanted.

I would suggest "Lightning Seeds" as the most underrated band, considering the good pop/rock music they made.
