I try and watch her shows nightly. French cooking is very similar to down home Canadian cooking. Fresh ingredients cooked properly with a minimal amount of complimentary seasonings. I like that. It allows the flavour of the food to shine.

This little piece of YouTube property has given me great pleasure over the last month or so. The songs i have selected are some i remember from days gone by and others were introduced to me by my friend. That friend i so fondly speak of is Bri4Den and she passed away Feb 6 2011 so i am dedicating my list to her. She was a very special person to me and i will miss her greatly...May peace finally be with you my friend.

i have always been a music fan and there are no boundaries..I like happy people because they are contagious...I think i am spontaneous, i feed off the comments of others.
