@ultimatehandyman PS...some "Parkside" power tools hitting the shelves at LIDL tomorrow (9th Jan),inc jigsaw and hammer drill (corded).

Gonna take a chance on the drill as a cheap backup to the cordless...!

@deckelpc you fool,hes using low torque,it'll stop well before any arm wrenching! You have obviously never used a cordless drill properly in your life!

This guy knows what he is about,and has what i would consider to be the best instructional DIY videos on YouTube bar none.

I bet you got that drill from Screwfix...theyve got em on sale again for £149 i think it is...altho they were doing them cheaper last year.

It got scrapped because it was a worn out uneconomical wreck.probably dangerous,and wouldnt have had much dignity for the people it conveyed anymore.Like all old cars.
