YES, as you heard guys, LASER IS NOT PERMANENT, you can get rid of the hair for a period of 5 years aprox, some may take a bit more, but eventually hair DOES come back, with electolysis, is permanent it truly does not...

Any Mehron or Kryolan palette should have an absolutely white pigment, mostly Kryolan. If not you can try Mehron White Foundation and then powder..but that's not what you wanted right? ;). Thumbs up for paleness thought I was the only one :D
