The best way to get them to stop is to send a certified letter stating "I demand that you cease and desist all communications pursuant to the FDCPA." If they continue to contact you after that, you contact an attorney and sue them.

@basudebdey It can remain on your CR for up to 7 1/2 years after the DOLA. Because it was dismissed w/o prejudice, you would have to find a good reason to sue the CRAs to get it off before 7 years.

The CRAs are scum. It's wonderful to be stonewalled when you send them certified court documents telling them that what they have on your report is wrong. Really fucking wonderful.
