I love the shield charge + sneaking especially since it basically is infinite running. no more exhaustion to slow you down while exploring and holding the run button to do so. If someone gets in your way just plow right through them just be sure to hold down the shield button to send them flying.

I just found this out today exploring through Blackreach (which is why I searched for evidence before claiming credit for the glitch). The glitch itself only worked for me entering and then exiting at the Tower of Mzark (so far seems to work every time). Just activate the lift to go into the Towe...
