Sang this song in the Village (Washington Square Park) for coins in a cup to eat slices of pizza by the corner of 'B' & 'D'. Sky was one of my heroes. I entered the service and was still singing his songs to tent mates in Asia. Great stuff.

This was my wife's favorite song when I was stationed in Korea. After all these years, I still like to sing it (as best as I can).

I remember sitting in caborets listening to his songs played by local bands. That was 1968, and he was one of the most popular singers at that time. I'm just an old retired GI now with his memories.

When I was stationed in Korea, his music was everywhere; on the streets, on busses and taxis. After all these years, listening to him brings back so many memories. Thank you for this!

Do you remember the name of the subdivision you lived in off base? I believe this was outside Clark AFB. The tire swing looks like Hill Housing Area on base.

I really miss the old music. I;m just an old GI tht fell in love the country so many years ago. It's all gone now. Nobody can understand how much I loved what we had back then. My heart truely aches for the love of family. All gone! All long ago!
