hahhaha the end of the video is hilarious.. but I feel you man.. had some problems since day one and still can't figure out what's wrong (hangs on loading, network freeze...) I also suspect punkbuster.. Like you said, when it works it's wonderful.. but most of the time It's just pissing me off :S
