NEED HELP !!

All i did what is told(that is,just set the bar to my connection speed and then clicked the optimized button and applied...but instead of increasing the speed,it has become slower....and now i want my default settings back(which gave me faster browsing...) I use Windows 7 32bit..

Help Needed...

every thing was fine as i downloaded a unlock team patch but when i play with any one of the unlocked teams(like Barca,madrid,inter,etc),it lags !!!But when on both sides default teams are there(like ManU Vs AC Milan) i experience no lag..

and most of the players of unlocked teams...

How does a 5 Year Old console(hardware) still compete with todays PC ??

I mean,if u take a 5 year old pc ,then the game will lag,but why not with the 360 (which has a similar card compared to mine ) ????
