I liked your comment on poetryslam's video about the performance that got him sacked from Apple: "to be a poem it must have a poetic device, repetition, rhythm, imagery, and I think I even caught some alliteration in there. It was a standard contemporary-style poem, and fairly good, imho. BTW, I am "highly educated," too! :)" I totally agree! You have some cool choices of favourites too, some of which I share :)
