Scarf: it's one of the only English words of Noris origins. It can be used as a verb to mean "to burn away the surface defects," which means I can use it to make a bad hair day into a fabulous scarf day! To scarfs, the second best accessory to wear on your head--second only to glasses, of course....

So true! I have a corn, dairy and soy allergies, and after cutting them out of my diet, I lost 30 lbs in six months, sleep better and have far fewer IBS problems. My insulin levels have also stabilized, which means a lot of my medical problems are significantly decreased.
