It is obvious that you do not need training, test and license for having weapons in the U.S. The amateur handling of the rifle would be impossible in Europe where you need to qualify to own weapons.

Of course, hunting is perfectly OK, even on elk - but ...

This is a pathetic example of incompetence and lack of hunting ethics. The person would never get a hunting license in Denmark or other civilicerede countries .
