I picked up a book from 30 years ago old binding it was by Wayne W. Dyer who said stuff like 'don't be a victim'

"Pulling your Own Strings" the title of the book

I liked the book a lot, and then saw WAYNE W. DYER
on youtube AND found out that he was the same guy I took for a quack on pbs.

Then I found his mentor a guru in india.

His teacher said something about eastern thought.

He talked about how meditation doesn't work over in America,

it takes time to think, and we don't all have conscience awareness of our thought processes

nothing but pure science is what he says his practice is
