Yes the signals were active at this time and on most of the line I believe it was ABS not CTC. The crew was a crew from the NYC era.

@chrisvazquez7 The Video started with the Eastbound Train stopped at the Ball. This is just West of Fairview Ave. The Video ends at the old Highway 3 Overpass.
