The torque dips from 3000-4000 rpm. Any thoughts on why? Is it related to an intake manifold resonance or ??? Or is the intake boosting the torque outside that range?

Seems to me that cars slowly driving around (when no trafic is coming) would be safer than making everybody start doing 3-point turns.
