Hey there! I actually really liked the Skinfood P&M toner. (More than my old Laneige one) It gave my skin a much cleaner feeling and didn't leave a weird stickiness. I use a cotton pad because I want to remove any remaining residue on my face, but I know a lot of people use their fingers to apply toners/refiners to save product so it's really up to you!
