Our channel is to help and encourage young people to have a go at things they normally may not think about doing or considering, we offer tutorials for dance and gymnastics for beginners or even people who already take either and need a bit of help. We think that youngsters now days are not getting the exercise they need and have a bad diet that is making them obese. Together we think we can make a difference and prove our point how important it is to have a healthy life style!
