This is very hard to follow along with, since your video lacks any audio to go with it. Can you provide slide-by-slide liner notes, or re-upload a version that contains audio?

Why does the 30" DC adapter cable not disconnect from the battery housing itself? It makes it very hard to pack in a backpack or laptop bag with that cable physically connected at all times. IMHO, not a very well thought-out design.

The noise is actually your lens' auto-focus motor. There's nothing you can do about it, it's the plastic gearing inside the camera causing the noise on your tracks.
