Would be nice to hear it from a stop down the road and back - I will make one of my Nightster with Cycle Shacks going down the road. The Cycle Shacks have a real boom to them in the lower rpms but sounds really nice at mid to high rpms.

I have Cycle Shack slash cuts slip ons and will add some fiberglass wrap to the baffles. They sound great but getting on the gas through the gears there is a bit too much resonant boom. Sounds nice on the highway though.

My stock pipes are cop friendly. But I have the Stage 1 and Drag Specialties air cleaner from the previous owner so I have to open up the pipes too since he sold the stock air cleaner. Slip ons were cheaper than getting a stock air cleaner. Sounds good. Will post mine soon.

I just ordered the same from Milwaukee Iron in Jamaica Plain, Mass. - puttin em on my 08 Nightster which has a high flow Drag Specialties air cleaner and the stage 1 fuel kit. It's gonna be nice to ride now for sure!

I just ordered some for my '08 Nightster. They sound real nice. I have a Drag Specialties High Flow Air Cleaner and the Stage 1 Kit on mine so I want to improve the performance a bit more. Thanks for the great vid!

Very nice. Better than the Two Bros IMHO. This to me is the way a Gixxer should sound and since this is the old Gixxer motor...Nice.

Nicely done. Great pipes. I liked the '08 CBR better but some hate the new nose on it. It was also cool the way they did the two tone '08 CBR's. I thought those were perfect looking bikes. The new CBR250 which I saw today looks nice too. Puts my old 96 VFR to shame.

I owned a 96 VFR for 15000 miles, an FZ1 for 6000, four Nighthawks for another 20000 so saying I am a non rider is a bit much. I simply mean that you start off talking about your riding gear and then get into being so negative about a bike you have not even owned yet. The seat on my 96 sucked but...

Really nice. This is the best setup I have seen for the CB1k. The Leo Vinci is too quiet on some other vids people have made. This looks and sounds better.

i still like how refined the 919 is. An inline is nice and blanced compared to a push rod twin.

I live in Mass and have an 08 Nightster. Look me up and we can take a ride sometime. I come down into CT on Route 16. Nice roads up that way and will ride to the Harley dealer down near Vernon.

Nicely done. We need an update. Here in the Northeast it has been really freezing all winter and we just had some rain/snow yesterday so we need to live vicariously through your rides. Make another soon!

Sounds really good. The single coil really cuts through. I put Duncan Humbuckers on mine just to get some more mid range. But this is just fantastic. Nicely done.
