Please update new firmware for X10 again..This time try to fix ORB problem, or I will sell my X10.

I have the Finepix HS20 EXR and my indoor videos are very dark. This is during the day (sunny) with natural lighting, windows open, lots of sun, and also at night with many lights turned on. Besides increased lighting, is there a way to boost the brightness of indoor video on this camera?

@fall4her Hi, Yes, the new F series have both Image Stabilization as well as an orientation sensor to auto rotate images to the correct orientation.

Hi, Fujiguys. I am a long time F series user and considering upgrade my F30fd to F770exr. I am just wondering if the lastest F support landscape/portrait shooting position sensor now, so that I won't have to adjust the orientation of pictures on my computers manually. I'd appreciate your response. thanks

From dpreview fuji forum:

About the X10 problems and Fuji's response:

"It all depends on the company ethics, and whether they want to take the extra miles for better customer satisfaction.

For goodness sake, X10 and XS1 supposed to be flagship compacts, and it can't even take proper long exposure shots and photos with strong/spot lights/reflective surface. When is the last time we heard of a camera with so many shooting limitations?

So far, I am very disappointed with Fuji, definitely she will be in my boycott list for a very long time.
I'm asking all the fellow photographers hobbyists to give Fuji a miss. They no longer cherish their customers and why should we be spending money on their products?"

More comments on the X10 fiasco:

"I'm sooooo happy I sold my X10. Well over a month ago users already knew that the update would not be able to fix the issue. People need to realize that Fuji DOES NOT CARE about this camera or those who bought it. Sell yours while you can still get a decent return and buy a camera from a better company. I'll never buy another Fuji again."

"The new FW update does Not resolve the Orb issue sadly, from my tests in DR400 mode M size ,some if you orbs have a star like effect now, if you are lucky, otherwise no change at ISO 100,same as before the FW..if Fuji had some ethics, they would recall the X10 and replace the faulty sensors....but I don't hold my breath on that one"

Fujiguys! Thanks for the firmware update. I saw for the x10 you added raw button customizability. thats great. PLEASE add it to the x100 in 2.0. Thanks!

ORB problem on Fuji x10 is NOT FIXED with the new firmware. Are Fujifilm trying to make all X10 users hate them. What a disgrace...

@Berly5762 Ensure Face Detection is turned on in order to use Tracking AF. Also, you need to be a mode like P, S, A, or M and not SR auto in order to change the AF to tracking.
