...la frenesia del tempo che sembra non bastare mai...
orari, tempistiche ed una fretta indiavolata sono ormai la routine quotidiana, a casa e sul lavoro.
Più corriamo per sfruttare al massimo la nostra giornata, e più le giornate rischiano di essere vuote...troppa agitazione, i ritmi cui siamo sottoposti ci fanno perdere il senso della direzione in cui stiamo andando...
Cercando di pensare a tutto e di rispettare le pretese della società in cui viviamo, si finisce col pensare troppo poco a noi stessi... è necessario rallentare, ritrovare il tempo di un emozione , di un desiderio...il piacere delle piccole cose di ogni giorno...ritrovare i nostri spazi...riprendere il nostro tempo...
... non facciamoci travolgere dalla quotidianità, ritagliamo spazi di tempo fatti su misura per noi, ricerchiamo il sapore vero delle cose, il tempo ed il piacere del gusto, il rapporto intimo con le persone che ci circondano, l'importanza di un sorriso e del saper ascoltare...l'importanza del saper volare...
