@hickok45 No, not exactly. The rim thickness is a little different. The .45 auto rim has a thicker rim to make up for the lack of the moon clip. The .45 LC will not sit far enough back and the firing pin will not make contact with the primer.

Thanks for running this test. This stuff is the best ammo I can find for my SP101. It's got more punch than a .38 spl but not nearly the recoil of full power .357. Its on par with a 9mm +p which is just perfect for short barrel use.

@pjicleanair420 NO NO NO That buffalobore is some serious +P ammo it will hammer an LCP or a P-38T apart. I've heard its really not safe to shoot in anything. their .45-70 and .45 LC are fine in bigger overbuilt guns but in the pocket pistols its dangerous.
