this is how I end my bicep workout, I know its a little sloppy and fast paced but im really going for the pump.

This is me doing 275 for 9 reps trying to get my strength back and finally break the 400 lb. barrier

This is Ethan at the beginning of the summer before his senior year after a 3 month lay off he is 17 class of 2008.

I finally finished this video its pretty good. Really fast and really strong kid.
