F.T.E (Front Toward Enemy) was started in 1994. None of the members had played in bands before except guitarest XSteveX, who had played in a NYC band called Yuppicide. The band grew up pissing off the general public, skateboarding and BMX riding, wishing they lived on the West Coast. Using Thrasher magazine as a sort of bible to their lifestyle, destruction was their goal. That goal was always met, from getting kick out of venues, banned from clubs for life and breaking shit!!! F.T.E has played with a number of bands over the years from The Bouncing Souls, to The Business and the list goes on and on... The music is fast and aggro like the sk8 rock bands of yesterday. In 1996 F.T.E released a self titled double 7" on a sub label of Wreckage Records called Exit Records. The band also released a EP in 1997 on their own label FSG Records called "Welcome To Our OOL". F.T.E broke up in late 1998, do to the singer haRLey C. moving to California. F.T.E is now made up of three of the original members haRley C., XSteveX and Beaner. The new addition is BHA (drummer) formerly from Justify. The band plans to get back together in the near future to do a few shows and let the new generation see first hand the way it was...
