heyy i just finished my overload phase with creatine monohydrate but now i only have to take it once a day but how long should i do this for untill i have to give it a break for a while

i been using creatine for 5 days of overloading but the thing is my arms are still the same size but i have noticed that i have alot more definition on my muscles is there anyway i can use creatine to increase the size of my muscles
