Nice youre stopping by! You can count me as a living fossil from the Hippie Era, still not become wiser. Nevertheless I have the impression, that songs of that time still seem to mean something in the present.
I believe in music as a way to free yourself from bad foreign influences and to heal a wounded soul.
CRY BABY CRY by the Beatles was the first song I played in public: When I was about 17 y.o., one afternoon I was sitting in the sun at a nice place in the landscape with my guitar, and three little boys passed by and wanted me to play something. So I did this one, and as far as I can remember they were fairly contented. :) Later I had some smaller gigs together with a friend of mine, but I never really came to enter the stage sustained and seriously. My paths went into other directions. Some self written songs I played to friends, and still do at smaller events.
Influences as usual: Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Bob Dylan, Procol Harum, Neil Young, Donovan, Cat Stevens, John Lennon, Pink Floyd, King Crimson, ELP and others. I always like troubadour-style, irish music and sad love songs. I appreciate your comments and corrections (trying to use a foreign language is full of funny and bad traps).
