hey there-
we have not done any vids on sprouting. we will when we make some sprouts in the future. we have a phenomenal farmer's market with a plethora of sprouts already made (we are spoiled) so we have not done one yet, but will keep it in mind :) yes, seed cheeses can be wonderful. they are a little rough on the belly for us (too much fat) but we do make them now and then...
