About this user
Descendent of a very old Italian Royal Family who failed to exploit their people. They actually served to rule and left behind them a legacy of castles, homes and people who continue to humbly and quietly enrich their worlds through art, politics and science. We only have one black sheep to speak of and his close family has made good on his acts.
I have tried to follow in the fading steps of my ancestors where ever I be. My maternal grandmother has been my role model. But my heroes have been Sister of St Joseph Eva( my nurse and teacher while an infant), Madame Curie, Cleopatra VII, Queen Hecuba of Troy, Eleanor of the Aquitane, The Great Garbo (Greta that is!), Raquel Welch, Brigitte Bardot and Ursula Andress, Dr Cilento, Signora di Bartolo- these women by action have shed some light upon being a woman.
I deplore ignorance, injustice and inhumanity in what ever form they take. I want to see more women in the world educated, not indoctrinated, so they can bring up their children and care for themselves better than they have before.
I believe depression happens to everybody only the severity differs and not a reason to discriminate against any one.
I believe Suicide caused by depression is not a sin, its a tragedy that the living pay for the remainder of their days.
I believe true love is not like the flu, one doesn't just get over it, it lasts beyond the grave and sets standards that other lovers share quite naturally without effort.
