She's between contralto/lower mezzo soprano? Put her in a choir she's an alto, that's for sure. Something about contraltos and mezzo's singers are just unique and velvety, but I love sopranos just as much. And I recommend another singer for vocal range observation- Tomiko Van of Do As Infinity.
