All very good points, and well done. The show has it's limitations, but it makes up for it in so many ways. Americans will never like soccer, or accept the metric system, but we're learing about the Doctor.

@glasshorse018 Awesome though he is, he's still no Hunter S. Thompson. But it is the same story: brillant guy pushes boundaries, and creates a media persona that feeds on the hype abundantly supplied by the talking heads. I guess no one remembers Kirk Cobane and Marilyn Manson.
