About Fredevad's Channel

I guess you could call me an amateur videographer and these are my videos to share with the world - kid friendly and mother approved.

I enjoy creating videos that have more of a cinematic feel to them, hence the background music in most of them. I've recently rediscovered my childhood love of trains and plan on dedicating most of this channel's videos to them. I hope to take at least one rail trip every year, more if time and money permit (or less if time and money don't permit [re: 2009, grrrr!]).

I've recently entered the consumer HD video relm and have a Sony HDR-CX150 for planned videography and a Sony Webbie for unplanned catches, you'll know which camera was used by the picture quality. :)

Oh, and one last thing: I don't use YouTube's "friend" features, so please don't be offended if I don't respond to a "friend" requeest. I am, however, always on the lookout for other good train type channels, especially Amtrak focused, so don't hesitate to drop me an invite to subscribe.
