@gbscms the laser fits in on a bar on one side and a bracket with a screw on the other,you cannot go wrong,the laser will find its own way when turned on.

this is caused when you try to flash the console and use the xbox for power,i know cos i did the same fuckin thing !!!!! but the fix i hunted for ages on the internet defo works,microsoft bastards

i am pretty sure you are getting the error because you have a flashed drive and the new dashboard is detecting it and fucking you off,what you need to do is flash your drive back to stock and then install the dashboard update then reinstall your flashed firmware .the new xgd3 games require an upd...

from power off hold the sync button (the one which you use to connect the controller) and hold it all the time while you power up the xbox and get to the menus,then it will reset the bad update (in theory anyways) good luck.
